GENERAL
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you agree to the conditions, ticket conditions, access conditions, privacy policy, and regulations below.

  • In the event of cancellation, stoppage, non-occurrence, or non-completion of a match, the organization shall not be held liable. The admission fee is non-refundable.
  • The KLM Open organization reserves the right to change the start times of program segments.
  • Damage incurred at the event location cannot be charged to the KLM Open organization.
  • The KLM Open organization assumes no responsibility for minors.
  • Persons who cannot be held accountable for their actions must be accompanied by a guardian responsible for them.
  • Visitors who disrupt the event, cause damage, or inflict personal injury will be held personally liable.
  • The KLM Open organization reserves the right to deny access in advance to individuals or organizations without providing reasons.
  • Visitors must follow all instructions on (warning) signs and directions from the organization and its staff.

THE AGREEMENT

  • The Agreement is formed when you complete the ticket purchase process on the Website and receive an email confirmation from the KLM Open organization along with an electronic ticket file.
  • During the ordering process, you provide the personal data required by the KLM Open organization to deliver a Ticket to you. The organization is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete data entry.
  • Each Agreement is concluded exclusively in Dutch or English and is electronically archived by the KLM Open organization. A copy may be requested.
  • Under the Agreement, in exchange for the payment of the purchase price, you gain access to a sports event held on a specified date and time. Sales agreements for admission tickets to such sports events are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. Once purchased, you cannot return your Ticket to the KLM Open organization.

PRICE AND COSTS

  • For each Ticket, you owe the purchase price to the KLM Open organization.
  • Costs vary according to sport, day, session, and visitor type.

TICKET CONDITIONS

  • Each Ticket serves as proof of the right to access the specified Event for one adult or child. The Ticket is provided with a unique barcode by the KLM Open organization.
  • To gain access to the event area, you must allow a staff member to scan the barcode on the Ticket. Each barcode can be scanned only once per location. You are responsible for keeping your Ticket secure so that no one else can present its barcode at the entrance.
  • The KLM Open organization does not guarantee that all matches included in the Event will be played on the date and time indicated on the Ticket. If the Event does not take place for any reason, the organization is not obliged to refund the purchase price of the Ticket.
  • You may purchase a maximum of 10 Tickets per transaction. Tickets may be resold without profit margin to direct friends or family. If you resell a Ticket, you must inform the buyer that they are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. You guarantee that the buyer will indeed comply.
  • Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes. If you are a company and wish to purchase admission tickets for inviting guests or for other commercial purposes, please contact the organization directly at julia@tigevents.nl.
  • The KLM Open organization may deny you access or have you removed if, in its reasonable opinion, you violate one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and House Rules. In such cases, your right of access to any event area is forfeited without refund.
