Tickets
Which tickets are available?
- Day tickets (valid for the entire day)
- Afternoon tickets (only valid on Thursday and Friday afternoons from 2:30 PM onwards)
- Passe-Partout (grants access to all four days)
- Weekend Passe-Partout (grants access to Saturday and Sunday)
- The Champions Lounge (day ticket including access to our exclusive Champions Lounge – more information will follow soon)
- Parking ticket (valid for one car for one day)
Can I purchase a kids ticket?
Yes, kids tickets are available for the KLM Open 2025 and are valid for children up to and including 12 years old. From the age of 13, an adult ticket is required.
Kids tickets can be found in the webshop for each event day and provide free entry. They must always be ordered together with an adult ticket.
Can I request a refund for my KLM Open ticket?
Unfortunately, the KLM Open organization does not accept ticket returns or offer refunds.
Can I exchange my ticket for a ticket on another day?
It’s possible to accidentally purchase a ticket for the wrong day, so please make sure to double-check your order before completing your payment.
If this does happen, you can send an email to info@klmopen.nl for assistance.
What should I do if I can’t find my ticket anymore?
Tickets will be sent to the email address you provided no later than two weeks before the event.
Starting one month before the event, please check your inbox and spam folder regularly.

How can I get to the KLM Open by public transport?
From June 5 to 8, a temporary bus stop will be placed right in front of the entrance to the KLM Open.
What is the nearest train station or bus stop?
A special “KLM Open Bus Stop” will be available during the tournament. You can reach it using the following bus lines:
- GVB Bus 369: from Schiphol Airport/Plaza to Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station and back
- Connexxion Bus 198: from Schiphol Airport/Plaza to Amsterdam Zuid Station and back
- Connexxion Bus 397: from Nieuw-Vennep via Schiphol to Elandsgracht in Amsterdam and back
Please note: Buses operate only during the day throughout the tournament.

Can I come to the venue by bike?
If you’re coming by bike, moped, or scooter, there is a free bike parking area at the entrance of the tournament. Navigate to the entrance and follow the signs with the bike icon to the KLM Open bike parking.
Is there a Kiss & Ride zone or taxi stand?
Follow the signs to the Kiss & Ride area. The Kiss & Ride location is on Oude Haagseweg, on the Amsterdam side. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the official entrance of the tournament.
Can I come to the KLM Open by car?
If you choose to drive, please be aware of potential extra travel time. Shuttle buses run from the parking lots to The International.
During busy times, you may have to wait for the next shuttle. From the bus stop, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the official entrance of the tournament.
Check your parking ticket for the exact location of the parking lot.
What is the parking cost and how does it work?
A parking ticket is required for parking at the KLM Open. The cost is €20 per day. The ticket can be purchased in advance or upon arrival.

Shuttle buses depart every 15 minutes starting at 06:30 AM. On Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, the last bus departs at 9:15 PM; on Friday, the last bus departs at 11:15 PM. The additional travel time is approximately 20 minutes by bus and 10 minutes walking, totaling about 35 minutes.
How can I order a disabled parking ticket?
During the KLM Open, there are parking spaces available for people with disabilities. Like all parking spaces, these spots are limited. You can request one by sending an email to info@klmopen.nl with the following information:

What is the KLM Open?
The KLM Open, originally known as the Dutch Open, has a rich history and has welcomed many legendary golfers. It is one of the oldest international golf tournaments in Europe. Since 1972, the KLM Open has been part of the DP World Tour.

Does the KLM Open have a dress code?
During the event, visitors are expected to wear clothing appropriate for the sport of golf. Access to the KLM Open 2025 will be denied if clothing is deemed inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, torn or frayed trousers, tracksuits, football jerseys, crop tops, and flip-flops.
What kind of shoes are best to wear?
Wear sturdy shoes, such as golf or walking shoes. The public walking routes along the holes are mostly sloping and require good support for your feet and ankles.
I’ve lost something. Where can I find lost and found items?
Lost and found items can be handed in or (hopefully) retrieved at the information desk located at the entrance/exit of the venue.
After the tournament, all remaining lost items will be transferred to the office of TIG Sports & Events. For inquiries, you can send an email to info@tigevents.nl.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. However, free water refill stations are available on-site, so be sure to bring your own water bottle.
Is the KLM Open accessible by public transport and bicycle?
We recommend traveling to the KLM Open by public transport or bicycle. Please note: if you’re coming by public transport or car, there will still be a bit of a walk to the entrance. So make sure to wear comfortable shoes.
